Julie & Ian got married on the 30th July 2011 at Whirlow Grange in Sheffield. This was the first time I had photographed a wedding here before so I was looking forward to the day and using the beautiful gardens for the photographs. We definitely got the sunshine on the day, and we definitely did not complain about this (or least we shouldn’t have!!!) It was a lovely day celebrated with family and friends. I left the wedding party as they settled down for their wedding breakfast, & I’m sure the rest of the day was fabulous. I wish you both lots of future happiness and many sunny anniversary’s to come!! xx

Lucy & Andy’s wedding on the 29th July 2011 was set in the most gorgeous of settings – firstly Lucy got ready in the picturesque village of Hathersage before setting off to the wedding venue which was at the fabulous Maynard in Grindleford which is set in beautiful countryside so we took  the opportunity to pop out in the vintage wedding car after the service to capture this gorgeous backdrop. Everything turned out perfectly on the day with, the bride & bridesmaids all looking stunning – & the flowers were gorgeous and created by Lucy’s talented sister Carol of Ivy & Eve wedding flowers. A brilliant day, I particularly loved those table names xx

Lydia & Tom got married on the 23rd July 2011 – a glorious sunny day. Lydia wore a drop dead gorgeous Taupe coloured Ian Stuart gown – beautiful. The wedding ceremony took place at St Mary’s Church in Ecclesfield with the fun and celebrating taking place at Whitley Hall – seriously the sun always shines here!! You both looked great, and Alfie was a little star xx

I met Jane some years ago through my good friend Kirsty, in fact at the same hen do that I met Denise from the wedding I photographed earlier in the month!! Me and Jane hit it off straight away with our shared love of dogs…..so I was very very excited for this wedding as it was to star not 1, not 2 but 3 beautiful four-legged friends, Jane and Glen’s beloved, Fly, Tia & ice.  The wedding took place on a gorgeous sunny day (it was thunder and lightning earlier on in the day!) the 19th July 2011 at the Holiday Inn in Doncaster, and the dogs were brilliantly behaved, what a fab day xx

It was my second time in recent months seeing Maddie & Gary, as Gary had the pleasure (well I’m sure after his speech he did!) of being Best Man at the wedding I had photographed earlier in the year of Amanda & Chris. It was only fair therefore that Chris re-pay the favour on this wedding day on the 16th July 2011. The wedding ceremony took place in the gorgeous Cubley hall in Penistone – yes we did have rain, and yes this did mean that the wedding service didn’t take place as planned outside however those twinkly lights inside during the service provided the most beautiful ambience – just perfect. What a lovely day – and the sun did come out! Maddie you looked stunning in your dream dress… lots of love & happiness for your future together xx

What was not to love about the wedding of Charlotte and Tom on the 15th July 2011 – it was set in two stunning locations, Eyam Hall in Hope Valley, Derbyshire & Foxholes Farm Low Bradfield in Sheffield, and had a quintessentially English feel to it, with splashes of pink and blue gingham, Pimm’s, croquet, a vintage bus, bouncy castle, homemade favours & scrabble name settings o and not forgetting the scrumptious fish and chips on the menu I really did have a great time at this wedding, it was a joy to photograph and the happiness between Charlotte and Tom was completely apparent in every shot xxx

I was very excited to photograph the wedding of the lovely Denise and James on the 8th July 2011 – I met Denise some years ago now through my good friend Kirsty, so I was delighted when they asked me to photograph their big day. The venue was the stunning Inglewood Manor in Cheshire – fortunately after LOTS of rain early on the sun came out and we were able to go into the beautiful grounds. You both looked fantastic, wishing lots & lots of future happiness!!! xxxxx

Holly & Stefan got married on a beautiful sunny day on the 2nd July 2011. The wedding ceremony took place at St Chads Church in Woodseats and then the fun and celebrating moved on to The Cricket Inn in Totley – my second visit here in recent months and a fabulous laid-back countrified setting! What a great wedding. Holly I particularly loved your stunning short wedding dress and the perfect accompaniment those red shoes and of course Stefan!! x

The lovely Sarah & Tom got married on the 24th June 2011 at the beautiful All Saints Church in Sawley in Nottingham, and then went onto Morley Hayes Golf Club for their wedding reception. This wedding was filled with laughter and smiling faces, it was clear what a fabulous day everybody had, and there were certainly a lot of people helping to celebrate the day – you are one popular couple!! Lots of congratulations!! xxx
